HR Manager

Working predominately from our office in Dorchester the HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions including job analysis, recruitment & selection, training and development. The candidate should be able to demonstrate prior experience in all such areas in particular recruitment. The candidate will ideally be IOR or CIPD Qualified and will be tasked to utilise tools such as LinkedIn to identify and target key individuals, engaging with them, with a view to recruiting them. Excellent communication skills and people management skills are prerequisites. Salary and benefits package will be subject to experience. We would consider appointing on a part-time basis.

Web Developer

We are looking to recruit an individual or individuals with demonstrable web development experience. Candidates will not only be able to demonstrate their ability to code, but undertake requirements captures, produce specifications and blueprints to the highest of standards. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their work, capabilities and creatively, and experience with ASP.NET, PHP, JAVA, XML, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MS SQL and SQL. Initially the role would be for 6 months but we would aspire for it to be permanent. The candidate may work remotely but would be required to attend meetings in our offices in Dorchester as and when required. Salary and benefits package will be subject to experience. We would consider appointing on a part-time basis.

Apprenticeships – Sales and Business Development

We are looking to recruit a number of apprentices. Individuals are likely to be at the start of their career and fresh out of education. Candidates without a level three or equivalent qualification will be required to undertake an initial apprenticeship to acquire one. Candidates with a level three or equivalent qualifications will work to achieve a Business Degree in Sales and Business Development. Working from our offices in either Dorchester or Basingstoke, apprentices will rapidly become credible professionals with promising careers.

Junior Sales Executives

We are looking to further expand our sales team. Candidates will be able to demonstrate their capability to sell IT hardware and achieve sales in excess of 15K GP per month. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills are prerequisites. Salary and benefits package will be subject to experience. We would consider appointing on a part-time basis. Salary and OTE packages are subject to experience as are benefits such as company vehicles. We have a very pragmatic approach to remuneration which is based on mutual benefit.

Senior Sales Executives

We are looking to further expand our sales team. Candidates will be able to demonstrate their capability to sell IT hardware and achieve sales in excess of 30K GP per month. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills are prerequisites. Salary and benefits package will be subject to experience. We would consider appointing on a part-time basis. Salary and OTE packages are subject to experience as are benefits such as company vehicles. We have a very pragmatic approach to remuneration which is based on mutual benefit.
